Read about our Terms and Conditions

Reading about our terms and conditions will inform you of important information about your online course.  In addition to many other terms and conditions that go along with your course.

Your online course is good for 6 months from exact date you register.  Extensions are available if needed for up to 6 months from the date of your course expiration.

You can complete your course at your own pace. The only part that is timed is the final exam. You will have (3) three hours to finish the final exam.

You will need a passing grade of 70%. If you should fail the final exam, you will have to wait 30 days, but no later than one year before retaking a different end of class final exam. If you fail a second time you will need to repay the full tuition and start all over again.

These rules are not our rules, they are state rules.

Technical problems with your online course will go through REcampus technical support.

You can contact REcampus Technical Support at 888.213.5124 or by email at REtechsupport@dearborn.com

Our No Cancel Guarantee Policy

If you pre enroll in a Post License or Continuing Education class and your license is within 60 days of expiration, we will not cancel the class. If there have been no pre enrollments, and no commitments to attend class 5 days prior to the class date, the class is subject to be rescheduled in six months.

If you need the 14 hour continuing education after all classes are over and time is short, one option is the open book test.
