45 Hour Post Sales Associate
August 19 @ 8:30 am - August 23 @ 5:30 pm CDT| $249
Our classroom course is twice a year. The first class is in February before the March renewals and the second class is in August before the September renewals. If you are not able to make it to a classroom course before your license renewal deadline, the online course is your only other option. Do not procrastinate. If you do not take the post licensing course and pass the end of course final exam before your first license renewal, you will lose your license and have to start all over. Which includes submitting a application to the state, retaking the course and passing the state exam.
Be sure to take your post licensing course as soon as possible after you get your real estate license. You will learn some very important things that you need to know as a new licensed agent. All you have to do is take a look at the topics in the course and you will understand. Plus, if you wait until the last minute to take your course, you would risk losing your license. Therefor, it is very important to compete your post licensing as soon as possible. If you can’t make it to the classroom, the online course is a great course too.
